Eric Schober

Director of Manufacturing Operations, Quality, & Customer Service

Career:

Eric joined the Southeastern Container Senior Leadership Team as the Director of Manufacturing-West in 2021. Eric has held a variety of positions within SEC since originally joining the company in 2007. Eric has spent time in four different SEC locations, including working as the General Manager of both the Cleveland, TN blow molding plant and the Enka, NC injection molding plant. Eric has worked in manufacturing for more than 30 years, including 12 years with a Tier I automotive parts supplier prior to his time with SEC.

Education:

Eric earned a B.A. in Management and Communication at Concordia University – Wisconsin, where he also earned a certificate in Human Resources Management. Eric is Six Sigma Green Belt trained through the American Society for Quality.

Social/Community:

Eric has been a supporter of the United Way for more than 30 years. Eric and his family also donate their time to their local chapter of Keep America Beautiful.

Personal:

Eric has been married to his wife Heather for 21 years, and they are the proud parents of 3 daughters (Keira, Allyson and Brooke). Eric enjoys spending time traveling with his family and he is an avid supporter of University of Wisconsin athletics…Go Badgers!
