Kings Mountain Plant Manager

Career:

General Manager Byron Bradley joined SEC in 2001 in Orlando, FL, as an LTO. He then served in the roles of Shipping Coordinator and Scheduling/Transportation Manager in Orlando. Byron transferred in 2008 to the SEC Kings Mountain facility to continue his role as Scheduling/Transportation Manager. In 2016, Byron assumed the role of Operations Manager in Kings Mountain and then General Manager in 2020. Byron has over 30 years of Manufacturing/Transportation experience, starting in the U.S. Army in 1993 as an Automotive Logistics Specialist, followed by time with Rotec Medical before joining SEC.

Education:

Byron earned his BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a certificate in Business Administration from Beta Tech in Charleston, SC. Byron also has Certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Creative Problem Solving.

Personal:

Byron was born in York, PA, and moved to Charleston, SC, when he was 8 years old. He is the oldest of 3. His father (Rev. DR. John Albert Bradley) was the Pastor of Saint Luke African Methodist Episcopal Church in Hollywood, South Carolina, before he passed away in 2017. Byron’s Mother is retired and owns a hair salon in Charleston, SC. Byron has been married for 5 years to his wife Lateisha, and they have two children: a daughter who attends Marshal University in Huntington, WV, and a son who attends Gaston Community College. He enjoys watching sports and traveling to Flea Markets to bargain shop.
