Career:

Will’s journey at Southeastern Container began in October 2002, where he started as an Injection Maintenance Technician. Over the years, he took on roles such as Injection Facilitator, Scheduling Coordinator, Customer Service and Quality Manager, and Operations Manager, demonstrating a keen understanding of operations and customer satisfaction. With a solid foundation built on various maintenance and construction jobs prior to joining Southeastern Container, coupled with his experience as a US Army Veteran, Will brought a unique blend of skills and perspective to his roles. In 2024, he became Team Bowling Green’s Manufacturing Plant Manager.

Social/Community:

Will Gore’s impact in his community extends far beyond the workplace. He actively participates in various philanthropic endeavors, including supporting the United Way, volunteering with the Boy Scouts, and contributing to the noble cause of St. Jude. Additionally, he serves as the Finance Chair for St. James United Methodist Church, demonstrating his commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Personal:

Will has three sisters and has been happily married to his wife, Jodi, for 31 years. Together, they have two children and are eagerly anticipating the arrival of their first grandchild in 2024. In their free time, Will and his family enjoy fishing, boating, and remodeling their home. They cherish spending quality time together at their shared homes on Lake Erie, creating precious memories and strengthening their bond as a family.
