Our team uses innovative technology and processes to produce superior packaging every time. Southeastern Container is one of the largest PET bottle manufacturers, providing PET bottles, PET preforms, HDPE pallets, and HDPE closures for Coca-Cola bottling companies. Injection Molding

We manufacture preforms with weights ranging from 11.8g to 80.0g using the latest technology. We operate 60 Husky injection molding machines with 24 to 144 injection cavity systems. Using over ten different types of PET resins and colorants, we produce about 41 SKUs for the Coca-Cola bottling system.

In 2025, we produced 8.3 billion preforms and consumed over 473 million pounds of PET.

Blow Molding

Using state-of-the-art technology, we apply a reheat, stretch, and blow method to convert preforms into bottles ranging from single-serve 253ml to the family 2L size. We operate 20 high-speed reheat and blow machines, each producing 333 to 1,200 bottles per minute.

In 2025, we manufactured 2.9 billion bottles

Pallet Manufacturing

Pallets provide a base to store, handle, assemble, and transport bottles and preforms. We use two low-pressure injection molding machines to produce pallets.

In 2025, we produced over 633k pallets.

Closure Manufacturing

With every preform and bottle we sell, each one needs a closure. We use compression molding technology to produce closures.

In 2025, we began producing closures for the first time.

Our Innovative Lab

Our state-of-the-art J. Steven Ennis Laboratory uses highly automated and customized lab equipment to test, analyze, and qualify new preform and bottle designs and resin changes. The Coca-Cola Company’s Laboratory Acceptance Program recognizes and certifies the facility. Additionally, robust shelf-life testing resources are unlike any other in the industry. We constantly employ new test methods to meet the needs of the ever-changing bottling community.
